I. General Education Requirements

(requirement of all 4 courses for 12 CR)
• ENC 101 Oral & Written Communications (English I)
• ENC 102 Composition I (English II)
• ENC 230 Composition II (English III)
• SPC 260 Oral Expression (English IV)

Area of Mathematics:
(requirement of both courses for 6 CR)
• MAC 105 College Mathematics I – Algebra and Geometry
• MAC 114 College Mathematics II – Geometry and Trigonometry

Area of Natural Sciences:
(requirement of BSC 185 + 1 elective course for 6 CR)
• BSC 185 Human Physiology

Elective: (choose one of the following)
• BSC 105 Biology
• CHM 102 General Chemistry
• PHY 248 General Physics
• HSC 210 Etiology of Diseases

Area of Humanities and Art:
(requirement of one of the following for 3 CR)

• HSC 240 First Aid and CPR

Semester IV :
(Requirement of 12 CR)
Required:
• EEC 140 Observing, Recording and Guiding Children’s Behavior
• EEC 160 Professional Child Care Management
• EDF 220 Preschool Instructional Methods and Materials
• EEC 229 Preschool Internship II (AA Students)
• CHD 133 Children’s Literacy and Language Arts
